Blast, Paint & Powder Coating

Garnet and steel shot abrasive blasting is known as some of the most effective ways to remove paint and rust from steel surfaces.

Tefol provide a range of expert paint services to provide a resilient coating to materials that require protection, improved durability, corrosion resistance and ultraviolet stability.  

Applied with a spray gun, it utilises a process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD), which helps to adhere the paint to a metal surface. Once the powder coating has been applied, it is cured in a batch oven to ensure the coating bonds to the metal.
